Corporate Graduate Programmes
The younger generation today are more attracted to companies who take Corporate Responsibility seriously. The result is, companies are more committed to sponsoring initiatives for employees to be involved in. It helps with the engagement levels and makes the programme more attractive to future talent. At the same time the employees will develop skills that benefit the company and the individual.
What skills will the employees develop by being involved in Caring for Care Homes?
Communication – Listening skills – Sensitivity – Empathy – Creativity – Organisation skills – Time Management – Project Management

The list is endless and we would love to hear your ideas, our only request is that it generates a sense of fun and celebration!
We had a bank recently who volunteered to take one of their teams into a care home for a day of ‘Apprentice style’ activities. The residents decided who was fired and the care home manager was ‘Lady Sugar.’ More information about this coming soon and will appear in our case studies.
