Martin Brunner

Martin is a consultant, business adviser, trainer and mentor, with broad management experience in both the private and public sectors. He has worked with all sizes of operation, and has gained Gold status as a Business Support Professional through joint ILM/SFEDI accreditation. He is a registered Mentor Plus with the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs and is an experienced organisational self assessment practitioner.

Over the past ten years Martin has worked as a business advisor and mentor with in excess of 600 businesses of all types and sizes. Prior to this Martin was in hotel management and spent a number of years working in London and in the Caribbean. He later qualified as a teacher and for a time was the Head of an award winning School of Hospitality and Service Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, and a Member of the Institute of Customer Service and the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs. He is an accredited Hospitality Assured and Business Excellence Model Assessor.

Martin has an absolute belief in the power of mentoring to enable individuals to become who they want to be, and to unlock their full potential for their own benefit, and also for the organisation in which they work. He is excited to be involved with “Caring for Care Homes Ltd” and the many opportunities that exist for positive change in the way we lead and manage our care homes, and fully respond to the needs of both the residents and people that work in them, whilst also increasing efficiency and profitability.
