Julia has over 25 years experience in I.T., training and consultancy, with key areas of focus in project management, business analysis, risk management and particularly, agile development and facilitation. In recent years she has assisted organizations in implementing tailored processes in these key areas. She has designed, developed and facilitated assessment centre workshops for accreditation programmes, strategic workshops at Board level, knowledge sharing workshops, conferences and conference session workshops and a variety of training workshops. With up to 300 participants these workshops have been conducted worldwide.
Julia was part of the small team which defined facilitator accreditation process, is an assessor for the certification and a certified professional facilitator. She also chaired the European Facilitators’ User Group for 2 years. Above and beyond her NLP master practitioner and Myers-Briggs qualifications, her passion is more driven with the dynamic, energy and spirit within the group.
Julia has also used her skills outside the corporate arena on a voluntary basis facilitating a children’s nature group and facilitating workshops for clients of an environmental charity.
