Georgeanne Lamont has spent over thirty years enabling organisations to transform into positive places to work.
She spent 15 years in the public sector developing values education (Values and Visions; Hodder and Stoughton 1995). She subsequently spent three years researching the role of values-based leadership in business (Spirited Business; Hodder and Stoughton 2002).and ran Lamont Associates providing transformational programmes to business.
Her work focuses on enabling organisations to thrive on change by using very practical tools.
She has worked with companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Microsoft, Xerox, BP, QinetiQ, APM Group to ensure high engagement at times of relocation, merger, reorganisation and stress.
She is co-founder of Caring for Care Homes, a social enterprise that is creating constructive change in the way we care for older people in care homes. Using a unique framework she offers a clear path to achieve growth, engagement, positive ethos and innovation at a time of change.
Georgeanne is passionate about creating a future where we can be proud of the way we care for those older people who do need care and where we value the contribution that older people can continue to make. She knows that small changes can make for tremendous positive transformation and create Care Homes we would all be happy to live in.
